The Montana Grizzlies celebrated their second consecutive NCAA Tournament berth to the blare of a fire alarm. After the Grizzlies' 73-60 victory over Northern Arizona here Wednesday night, sirens went off in the Walkup Skydome. The public address announcer asked everyone to leave the building, but the Grizzlies (23-6) weren't going anywhere until they accepted the Big Sky Conference Tournament trophy and cut down the nets. It turned out to be a false alarm. But the Grizzlies' joy was real after whipping the Big Sky's regular-season champs on their home floor. "It's special," said head coach Larry Krystkowiak, who is 5-0 in Big Sky tourney games. "It's unbelievable." Freshman Jordan Hasquet had 20 points and 13 rebounds and Virgil Matthews added a game-high 21 points for the Grizzlies. Tyrone Bazy had 16 points and Steven Sir added 13 for top-seeded NAU (21-10), which is guaranteed an NIT berth as the Big Sky's regular-season champion.
